  • 1. Do you offer bridal trials?

    Absolutely! Bridal trials are highly recommended and can be booked separately from your wedding day. This is our chance to collaborate, try different looks, and ensure you feel 100% confident and beautiful with your chosen style.

  • 2. How far in advance should I book you for my wedding?

    Bridal bookings typically fill up 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. As soon as you have your date and venue, we recommend reaching out to secure your booking.

  • 3. Do you travel to my location on the wedding day?

    Yes! I’m a mobile makeup artist and travel to you on the day of your wedding. Travel fees may apply depending on your location please get in touch for a custom quote.

  • 4. What products do you use?

    I use a carefully curated kit of high-end, professional-grade products including brands like MAC, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, and others. Everything is chosen for performance, longevity, and photography-friendly finishes.

  • 5. How long does bridal makeup take?

    The bride’s makeup typically takes about 60 minutes. Bridesmaids, mothers, and others usually take 45 minutes each. A detailed schedule will be created for your wedding morning to keep things running smoothly.

  • 6. Do you also offer hair styling?

    Makeup By Candice focuses exclusively on makeup artistry. However, I’m happy to recommend trusted hairstylists I’ve worked with if you’re looking for a full glam team!

  • 7. Do you offer makeup services for the bridal party?

    Yes! I offer makeup for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other important guests. I can accommodate larger groups with advanced notice.

  • 8. How do I secure my wedding date?

    To reserve your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee are required. Dates are not held without both. Once received, you’re officially booked in!

  • 9. Can I make changes to my booking after reserving?

    Yes minor adjustments to numbers or timing can often be accommodated depending on availability. Major changes (like date/time) may affect availability, so please keep me updated as soon as possible.

  • 10. Do you stay for touch-ups?

    Your makeup will be designed to last all day, but if you'd like me to stay for touch-ups or a look change (like for the reception), that can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • 11. What hygiene practices do you follow?

    Sanitation is a top priority. All brushes and tools are thoroughly cleaned between clients, and disposable applicators are used where appropriate. I follow strict hygiene protocols to keep you safe and comfortable.

  • 12. What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

    Booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your date. Full cancellation terms are outlined in your contract. Please reach out if anything changes, and I’ll do my best to work with you.

  • 13. Do you offer makeup services for occasions other than weddings?

    Yes! While weddings are a big part of what I do, I also offer makeup services for a variety of occasions including engagement shoots, maternity sessions, special events, photoshoots, and nights out. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out!

  • 14. Do you work with sensitive skin or allergies?

    Yes, absolutely. I take skin sensitivities and allergies very seriously. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific ingredient concerns, please let me know in advance. I carry a range of hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested products, and I’m happy to customize your makeup application to suit your needs. You're also welcome to bring any personal products you know work well for you.
